Return and exchange instructions
1. After receiving the goods, if there is any wrong item, damaged packaging, or other defects, please take a photo and notify the customer service immediately for subsequent processing.
2. According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, fresh food does not enjoy a 7-day appreciation period. If you are not satisfied with the ordered goods or services and want to return the goods, please freeze and take photos within 2 hours of receipt, and Contact customer service immediately. The product must remain unopened.
3. If you want to return or exchange the goods, please keep the same. When you bring the black cat driver to call for replacement, please pack the returned goods to the driver in the packaging carton used for delivery.
