Shipping method

1. Your order will be processed immediately after the order is confirmed. We will ship it within 3-5 working days. As the food is fresh and handmade,  the shipping time shown is for reference only.

2. All products are shipped by refrigerated transportation.

3. An additional surcharge of RM20 will be charged for specific postal code. 

4.The delivery timing is not specified. If the goods cannot be received on the day of delivery, the refrigerated transportation company will assist in freezing, and then make an appointment with you. Hence, there is no need to worry about the freshness.

5. If the shipping address is a company address, please indicate it in the remarks column. We will arrange the shipment on weekdays.
